Our offers and sales of the products on our site are regulated by these General Sales Conditons.
Items purchased from our site are sold directly from the company Carlo Pini.
The company Carlo Pini is registered with ‘Firms of Arezzo’ his registered number is 106395, fiscal code PNI CRL 58P10 A390V and VAT 010110600515. The company’s main office is in Italy Via Garibaldi 186/182 52100 Arezzo (AR).

DEFINITIONS
Carlo Pini sells items and conducts his buisness via internet directly to online customers and wholesalers.
These general sales conditons relate exclusively to the offer, forwarding and acceptance of orders between Carlo Pini and the customer.
The general sales conditons do not relate to products supplied by a third party which are present on our site through links or banners. We advise you to check the selling conditions of these third parties before making a purchase.
HOW TO CONCLUDE A CONTRACT OF PURCHASE WITH CARLO PINI
To conclude a purchase contract of one or more items on our site you need to fill in an electronic order form and send it to Carlo Pini following the necessary instructions.
The order form contains a summary of information regarding the essential characteristics of each item and its price (including all taxes applied), the method of payment that can be used to purchase each item, the method of delivery and shipping and delivery costs.
We consider the contract complete only when a message has been sent either via email or phone by Carlo Pini.
Before proceeding with the purchase of an item using the designated order form, we ask you to read the general sales conditons carefully and print a copy for your own records.
When the order has been dispatched, the order form will be filed in our data base for the period of time necessary.
Before sending the order form, you will be able to correct any errors.
When the contract has been concluded, Carlo Pini will proceed with your order.
Carlo Pini may not be able to finalise your purchase order if there are no sufficient funds or the form is incomplete, incorrect or if the item is unavailable. In these cases we will inform you via email or telephone that the contact has not been concluded and that Carlo Pini has not followed up on your order specifying the reason why.
If items offered on our site are no longer available or on sale when you have placed an order, Carlo Pini is obliged to let you know immediately or within 10 working days from the day after you have sent the order.
By sending the order form you are committed to accepting the general conditions of sales with Carlo Pini.
If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions included in general conditions of sales, we ask you to not to send the order form for the purchase of an item on our site.
When the contract has been concluded, Carlo Pini will send a receipt of the purchase order by email which contains a summary of the information already included on the order form.
WARRANTY AND INDICATION OF THE COST OF ITEMS
On our site items on sale are of the best quality. These items are bought directly from the producers and wholesalers and are carefully selected taking into account high quality control. Each item offered on our site contains a list of essential characterisitics.
However, the images and colours of our items on sale may not correspond excactly to the real item because of the browser and monitor used.
In the case of an offer being withdawn, Carlo Pini has the right not to accept returned items which have been removed from their packaging or have been altered or damaged in any way.
PAYMENT
For payment of an item and costs relating to shipment, you will be able to follow one of the following indications.
The price of items and shipment costs as indicated on the order form will be debited from you bank account when the purchased items have been sent.
CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE
For any assistance or necessary information from Carlo Pini through our customer service, our address can be found in the field ‘contacts’.
BROKEN OR MISHANDLED PACKAGES
In case of the case of a broken or mishandled package, you should not accept the goods. These will be substituted and resent by Carlo Pini at no extra cost.
WITHDRAWL FROM CONTACT
You have the right to withdraw from a contract drawn up with Carlo Pini within 10 days from receiving the item without being penalised.
The item must be returned in its orginal packaging to Carlo Pini. You have 30 working days in which to return an item.
The only costs incurred are postage when the item is sent back.
The right to withdraw from a contract is only valid if the item is intact when it is returned. Withdrawl from a contract cannot be carried out if items which, because of their nature, cannot be subsitituted or risk changing or deterioriating rapidly.
If you decide to exercise your right to withdraw from a contract and have followed the necessary formalities and terms, Carlo Pini will reimburse the amountyou have sent,excluding shipping costs.
You will be reimbursed these amounts in the shortest time possible and in any case, within 30 days from Carlo Pini receiving notice of your wish to withdraw. Once it is has been established that you are within your rights to withdraw, we will take the necessary steps to reimburse you.
If the formalities and terms to withdraw from a contract are not respected, you will not have the right to be reimbursed the amount already paid. However, the items can be sent back to you at your own expense. If these terms are not respected, Carlo Pini has the right keep the items as well as the amount already deposited.
Withdrawl from a contract must be notified by telegram, fax (+39 0575-370708) or email providing that we receive confirmation by registered mail within 48 hours of having sent the telegram, fax or email.
Your telegram, fax or email must specify your order reference number, your wish to cancel your purchase and the item or items you no longer wish to order. Documentation received with the order must be attached.
TIME AND METHOD OF REIMBURSEMENT
After items have been sent back, Carlo Pini will verify that the conditions and terms indicated have been respected by the customer. If there are no problems, Carlo Pini will email you confirmation that the returned item has been accepted.
Whatever the means of payment, Carlo Pini will proceed with the reimbursment an item within 30 Days of receiving your request.
In the case of there being no correspondence between the receiver of the item on the order form and the person who carried out the payment, Carlo Pini will reiemburse the party who made the payment.
The same exchange rate will be applied to both the amount reimbursed and the amount received.

APPLIABLE LAWS AND RESOLUTION OF CONTROVERSY
The general sales conditions follow the Italian Law and in particular the legislative decree of 22 May 1999, no. 185 regarding long distance contracts and legislative decree of 9th April 2003, no. 70 regarding aspects related to on-line trade.
Any legal discrepancies will be carried out through the Courthouse in Arezzo.
CHANGES AND UPDATES
The general sales conditions are modifed each time, taking into account possible normative changes. New general sales conditons will take effect from the date published on our site.
