The offers and sales of products on our site are set by the following general sales conditions.
HOW YOU MAKE A PURCHASE, PAYMENT
Buying from the site PiniCarlo.it is fast and safe. You put the item in the cart, go to the cashier and login. If you have already registered, insert your user name or otherwise register for the first time. Remember that you can login at any time without losing your shopping.
WARRANTY: SAFETY, WITHDRAWAL, DAMAGES
CARLO PINI guarantees the substitution of broken or mishandled packages, the right to Withdraw from purchasing an item and the security of details recorded during the transaction.
SHIPPING COSTS
When purchasing from the section CPini Store - Shop Online, the shipping costs are as follows:
- For purchases above 199 euro, transport is free;
- For specified items, transport is free;
- For items with a total weight of more than 30 kg, transport costs will be agreed on for each individual order (a quote);
- For shipment by post the cost of transport is 10/12 euro (except for A & B);
- For shipment by express courier the cost is 15 euro (except for A & B).
Once you have selected ‘method of payment’ and ‘shipping agent’ the cost will appear automatically in ‘shipping costs’ in the summary of the order.
CUSTOMS, TAXES AND INVOICING
The prices indicated in the site include VAT. The shipping costs include duty and import tax. The final total cost will not be increased in any case.
PRIVACY POLICY
Under the Italian Law CARLO PINI guarantees the complete discrection of your personal details.
Based on the Italian Law 197/2003 regarding the protection of personel details, you can at any moment request a review of your personal details in our possession and ask for them to be modified or cancelled immediately.
